We were in a queen room with climate control, multi-channel television, and tea/coffee making equipment. Had private bathroom with all essentials.

Excellent location close to beach and main strip with restaurants, shops, and bars. Beautiful landscaped property with pool for swimming. Rooms decorated in typical Costa Rican style. Amazing staff helped with transportation and excursions. Don't miss sunset at Ti-Ko Restaurante.

The room was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, particularly good bathroom. The location of the hotel was good - just a short walk away from Jaco Beach.

This centrally located hotel offers the perfect base for young people looking to explore the area. It is close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as hot water and air conditioning. The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service and assisting with tour arrangements. The hotel also has a beautiful pool and garden area, creating a relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Some guests have mentioned that the lighting in the room is dim, which could be inconvenient for those who prefer brighter lighting.

There were climate control, multi-channel television and tea/coffee making equipment in the room, truly enjoyed that. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel was in a central location very close to everything. I didn't feel like leaving and would definitely book again.

Some people working there were hostile.

All the staff was highly efficient and excellent, fixed my issues. The breakfast offered a huge variety of good meals.

I recently stayed at Hotel Los Ranchos for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great place to cool off after a hot day at the beach, and the temperature and cleanliness were perfect. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops. The breakfast provided was delicious, with fresh fruit and coffee available at all times. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped with plenty of trees, making it a peaceful and quiet place to relax.

Our favourite, small hotel in Jaco with really kind and perfect staff. Awesome location just next door to shopping options and dining options, the beach and ocean and many restaurants and super markets, and excellent service. Great experience there.

the employees are excellent and best. the location is magnificent, the room is functional & a nice size. the services are very good, including a very clean pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were its close proximity to the beach, town center, and restaurants, making it very convenient for us to explore and enjoy the local area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and air conditioning, an iron and a coffee/tea maker inside the room. I was pleased with terrific service...

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was exceptionally good. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning.

Can't fault anything about it.
